Third Trimester Pregnancy Must Haves

Not long to go now. The third trimester is when your bump REALLY starts to grow and you get everything organised for birth and baby. You will likely start to feel more tired, and might have some aching muscles from the extra weight and changes to your body alignment. So take it easy and look after yourself! Make sure you see a physio if you are experiencing muscle pain as they can help prevent further problems. 

The focus now is on ante natal education and birth preparation, as well as breastfeeding education and preparing for your new baby. Surround yourself with positive and supportive people and try using your affirmations and meditations to keep a positive perspective on all that you have to look forward to.
