Christmas Delivery Recommendations 2020
We are expecting significant delays with shipping this year through AusPost due to the huge number of parcels being sent around Australia.
If you want it to arrive in time for Christmas the cut off date recommendations from AusPost are:
- Regular Post – Order by Wednesday the 9th of December 2020
- Express Post – Order before Friday the 18th of December 2020
If you are shipping to New Zealand please order by 25th of November for it to arrive before Christmas.
We ship all orders from our Brisbane based store, so the quickest shipping method may depend on your location. 90% of parcels are sent via Australia Post. Depending on your location or items purchased we may send via courier. All orders require a Signature on Delivery to ensure that your parcel is received safely and securely.
We are unable to accept any responsibility for lost or incorrectly delivered parcels if you choose to select an 'Authority to Leave' through us or directly with the shipping provider.
**If your order contains gift items please let us know in the order comments so we can add additional protection to reduce possible damage during transit.**
Need it fast? We recommend choosing Express Shipping to have your parcel delivered as quickly as possible for only $15. We prioritise Express Post parcels first when we're packing orders. We aim to get express parcels shipped on the same day if received before 10am, otherwise next day. We will ship via either AusPost Express or by Express courier. Australia Post eParcel Standard and Express deliveries automatically include a signature on delivery service. If you select 'Authority to Leave' during the checkout process, Australia Post authorises their drivers to conduct a 'safe drop' and we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.
Free shipping is available to Australian orders of $65 or more. (Excluding Remote Locations) Any orders below $65 will incur a flat postage cost of $9. We do our best to send out your order within 1 to 3 business days. The delivery time frame is best estimated from the Australia Post delivery calculator here: AusPost Delivery Timeframes
If you are in a remote location we charge a flat rate $19 for standard delivery via Australia Post. We are happy to obtain an exact shipping quote for you, please just get in touch with your order and we will provide a quote for both standard and express post shipping options via Australia Post for your items. You can send your inquiry to email@example.com - you can add your items to your cart or wishlist and send it to us, or just include the items in the email.
Return to Sender Charges
Please be aware that if your parcel is returned to us, we are charged by AusPost for the return shipping. We pass on the $9 return to sender fee, plus $9 for Standard Shipping or $15 for Express Shipping to resend it back to you. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped we will deduct the $9 return to sender fee from the return.
In Store Pick Up from Paddington, QLD
If you enter a Queensland postcode in your shipping address, you will be able to select "Pick Up at Paddington QLD shop" as a free shipping option. We are here from 9:30 till 2:30 Monday to Friday for you to pick up your order. If it is urgent, please give us a call and we can have your order ready for pickup within an hour during opening hours.
All pick up orders must be processed and paid for online to secure your order.
If you have accidentally selected Pick Up but would like your order to be shipped to you, please give us a call, or send an email.
Our Delivery Standards
We will aim to post your order within one to three business days following receipt of payment (express post orders are shipped same day if received by 10am or otherwise are sent next day).
The Australia Post Express Post Guarantee (click here) can be used to determine the estimated delivery time frames offered by Australia Post. Many Metropolitan suburbs fall within the Next Day Australia Post Express Post Guarantee, however please check the Australia Post Website via the above link for accurate information.
If you are concerned, or have not received your parcel within the average time frame expected, please get in contact with us so we can follow up with Australia Post or the relevant Courier.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery that are beyond our control. Please contact us at the time of placing your order if you have specific delivery requirements.
We always pack your order carefully, however we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please let us know if your items are for a gift! Select our Eco Gift Wrapping to have it beautifully wrapped up in a box, or if you want to wrap it yourself please pop a note in the order comments and we will add extra packaging to help minimise any damage during delivery.

International Orders - We are no longer able to ship internationally due to COVID19 until further notice.
International orders will be posted using Australia Post, and their network of international couriers. We charge a flat rate based on the table below:

The Australia Post shipping method used will either include Signature on Delivery or Tracking (but not both). The Australia Post shipping method used will be determined by us, depending on the postal service within the country of destination. We will aim to post your order within one business day following receipt of payment, however this may be delayed during our sales due to the volume of orders we receive.
The postal fee charged does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information we recommend speaking to your local customs office.
Although we take the utmost care with the transportation of your order, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
