First Trimester Pregnancy Must Haves
Congratulations! The first trimester of pregnancy is such an exciting time as you discover you're having a baby. Many new mums find the first trimester exciting as they get used to the idea of having a baby and decide who to share the news with and when. Physically, there is a lot going on as well as you start to experience the pregnancy hormones, you may find you have nausea in the mornings, or all day long, and you are more tired than normal.
It's a good time to start listening to your body and slowing down as your body starts changing, and you start to plan for your pregnancy journey. We recommend trying some pregnancy super foods to help with nausea, and incorporate some positive affrmations into your day, or start a pregnancy journal to help you mentally prepare for all of the transitions to come.
