Christmas Shipping - Australia
In order to ensure your parcel is received before Christmas Eve, we recommend the following:
Express Post: we recommend placing your order by 2pm Wednesday 20th December if you are locating within the Australia Post Express Post Guarantee Network. If you are outside of the Express Post Guarantee Network please check the Australia Post Website for the most up to date estimate.
Standard Shipping: If you are sending via Standard Shipping please check our estimated shipping cut offs based on your location or the parcel destination:

We ship all orders from our Brisbane based warehouse, so the quickest shipping method may depend on your location.
For standard shipping we use Fastway Couriers for metropolitan customers on the East Coast of Australia, including Canberra and Adelaide. For regional areas, PO Boxes and Parcel Locker services, we use Australia Post Regular.
Free shipping is available to all Australian orders of $100 or more. Any orders below $100 will incur a flat postage cost of $9.
Delivery timeframes can vary, however Fastway Couriers, on average, deliver within the following timeframes:
- Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast - 1 Day
- Sydney, NSW North Coast, Qld Coast up to Mackay - 1 to 2 Days
- Melbourne, Canberra and North Qld - 2-3 Days
- Adelaide, Geelong and Tasmania - 3-4 Days
Express Post Shipping - with or without Signature on Delivery
You may select Express Post Shipping to have your parcel delivered as quickly as possible for only $15 through the AusPost Express Network. To check expected delivery time frames please check the Australia Post website here. You can add a Signature on Delivery option for $4 extra.
Please note that Australia Post do not offer a signature on delivery service unless it has been paid for. Australia Post authorises their drivers to conduct a 'safe drop' of all parcels, including Express Post Satchels.
Our Delivery Standards
We will aim to post your order within one business day following receipt of payment, however this may be delayed during our sales due to the volume of orders we receive. The Australia Post Express Post Guarantee (click here) can be used to determine the estimated delivery time frames offered by Australia Post. Many Metropolitan suburbs fall within the Next Day Australia Post Express Post Guarantee, however please check the Australia Post Website via the above link for accurate information.
If you are concerned, or have not received your parcel within the average timeframe expected, please get in contact with us so we can follow up with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery that are beyond our control. Please contact us at the time of placing your order if you have specific delivery requirements.
We always pack your order very carefully, however we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

International orders will be posted using Australia Post, and their network of international couriers. We charge a flat rate based on the table below:

The Australia Post shipping method used will either include Signature on Delivery or Tracking (but not both). The Australia Post shipping method used will be determined by us, depending on the postal service within the country of destination. We will aim to post your order within one business day following receipt of payment, however this may be delayed during our sales due to the volume of orders we receive.
The postal fee charged does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information we recommend speaking to your local customs office.
Although we take the utmost care with the transportation of your order, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
