We understand that it is difficult to buy clothes online and want you to look and feel fabulous in your clothes. Therefore if you don’t like an item you have purchased you can return or exchange the item within 30 days. Sale or promotional code discounted items may receive a store credit only. The item returned must be in the same condition as when it was posted. It should be unworn and unwashed and have tags still attached. The items must also be free from odours including perfume, deodorant, smoke and the like.

For promotional offers where free items are received or the price of an item is reduced by using a multi-buy option or promotional code, returns may receive a store credit only. Promotional discounts or offers can not be applied to past purchases. If at our discretion, a refund is approved, the cost of these items will be deducted from any refund, where the net sale (after return is processed) no longer meets the original criteria required for the free or discounted item to be claimed.

You must notify us via email within 30 days of receiving your item, and post the item along with a completed Exchanges & Returns form. Except where an incorrect or faulty item has been received, we are not responsible for the cost of returning items. You can download an Exchanges & Returns form by right clicking here and selecting SAVE (Exchanges & Returns Form).

Refunds will be made by the original payment method and we will use our best endeavours to ensure refunds are processed within 14 days.

Gift wrapping, cards and the original shipping costs incurred are not refundable.

Exchange process

If you want to exchange the item for a different size or colour we recommend that you purchase and pay for the new item as soon as possible, and note that it is an EXCHANGE item, along with your original invoice number in the comments. This will ensure that you do not miss out if we run out of stock. We will then refund you the cost of the returned item including any shipping costs that you incurred in purchaing the exchange item, when we receive the original item and process the exchange. You will need to pay for the cost of returning the item to us.

Incorrect / faulty item

If we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will send you the correct item along with either a reply paid bag for you to send the original item back to us or refund you for the return postage costs. These rights are in addition to consumer guarantees under the Consumer and Competition Act which cannot be excluded.

Australian Orders

Best Available Shipping

Australian orders will be posted through Australia Post Regular Post Satchels or via Fastway Couriers for some customers on the East Coast of Australia. Free shipping is available to all Australian orders of $100 or more. Any orders below $100 will incur a flat postage cost of $9. Express Post Shipping - with or without Signature on Delivery

You may select Express Post Shipping to have your parcel delivered as quickly as possible for only $12 through the AusPost Express Network. To check expected delivery time frames please check the Australia Post website here. You can add a Signature on Delivery option for just $3 extra.

Our Delivery Standards

We will aim to post your order within one business day following receipt of payment, however this may be delayed during our sales due to the volume of orders we receive. The Australia Post Express Post Guarantee (click here) can be used to determine the estimated delivery time frames offered by Australia Post. Many Metropolitan suburbs fall within the Next Day Australia Post Express Post Guarantee, however please check the Australia Post Website via the above link for accurate information. If you are concerned, please get in contact with us so we can follow up with Australia Post or Fastway Courier.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery that are beyond our control. Please contact us at the time of placing your order if you have specific delivery requirements.

Although we take the utmost care with the transportation of your order, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

International Orders

International orders will be posted using Australia Post, and their network of international couriers. We charge a flat rate based on the table below:

The Australia Post shipping method used, will either include Signature on Delivery or Tracking (but not both). The Australia Post shipping method used will be determined by us, depending on the postal service within the country of destination. We will aim to post your order within one business day following receipt of payment, however this may be delayed during our sales due to the volume of orders we receive.

The postal fee charged does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call your local customs offices to gain further details.

Although we take the utmost care with the transportation of your order, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If additional items are added to an exchange order, we will charge a proportional amount of shipping for the additional items.
