Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we work out how best to get your parcels to you quickly during these strange times. We are working as hard as we can to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible, while also trying to cope with delivery delays from our own suppliers, and social distancing! What a strange year 2020 is turning out to be!


Please be aware that shipping delays are continuing across Australia. We recommend using Express Post if you need it quickly, although please be aware that Express Post is no longer next day guarantee, it is still the fastest option. Parcels going to some areas in WA can take up to 10 to 15 days even via Express Post. 

Milk and Love is now 99% ONLINE ONLY. We are here for you to pick up your online orders, or to try on clothing by appointment, however we have closed our shopfront for general browsing.

We have hand sanitiser available at the entrance and encourage you to remember social distancing when picking up your orders. Please also browse online before you come in and ask us for the items you are interested in. 

Pick Ups Now Available for Queensland Customers

Simply buy your items through the website and select 'Pick Up' at the checkout. We will email you as soon as your items are ready for pick up from the shop. You can pick up Mon to Fri 9:30 till 2:30pm

What a bra fitting, or to try on clothes? Please make an appointment for a 1-to-1 session

Please email with preferred days/times and the clothing items you are interested in. We will have those clothes ready for you to try on prior to your appointment.

Domestic Shipping Update

Australia Post is continuing to experience delivery delays due to social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes across Australia. You can track your delivery through parcel tracking, the chatbot and the MyPost App. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit

We are still aiming to get most orders out each day, however Express Post Shipping is recommended for urgent orders, although next day delivery is no longer guaranteed, it is still faster than regular post. We will prioritise all Express orders received by 10am Brisbane time each day.

If your order hasn't arrived within 3 days of the expected delivery date, please email us at and we can lodge an enquiry with AusPost.
